Terms and Conditions of Promotions and Giveaways through iteach

Any social promotion through iteach is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. 

Promotional Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

  • Promoter: Teaching Channel, iteach, Passage Preparation, and K12 Coalition

  • Promotion Name: Clear the List Giveaway

  • Promotion Period: 7/21/25-7/26/25

2. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to residents of the United States of America aged 18 and above.

  • Employees of iteach, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Entry Requirements

  • To enter, participants must be following Teaching Channel, iteach, Passage Preparation, or K12 Coalition on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok and comment their wishlist. 

  • Entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period.

  • Must be employed as a teacher in a school.

4. Winner Selection

  • The winner(s) will be selected randomly every day.

  • The decision of iteach regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding.

5. Prizes

  • iteach will purchase random items from selected winners' wish lists. iteach will contribute $1000 (in total) of supplies to various teachers' wish lists. 

  • One winner will be awarded with their entire list cleared, and the other winners will receive a few items on their wishlists.

6. Notification of Winners

  • Winners will be notified via Facebook comment and/or message within two days of the winner selection date. iteach will not ask winners for any personal information to award the prize.

7. Publicity

  • Winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.

8. General Conditions

  • iteach reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice.

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • iteach accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting the prize.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely by current USA data protection legislation.
